Vibrant pink blossoms are a symbol of springtime and new beginnings. All across the World hey are also associated with love, romance, and prosperity.
The early spring flowers of the peach tree are particularly revered by the Chinese and peach blossoms are a part of most major celebrations. The Chinese believed (and still do) that peach blossoms can ward off evil spirits and increase vitality in a person. In days past soldiers would walk before Emperors, carrying and spreading peach blossoms, to this day people all over the country hang peach blossoms on their front door to kick off the New Year festivals.
Now, we can't promise that choosing your new furniture in our new Blossom colour will bring love, romance and increased vitality.....but we do think there's an outside chance!
In your room blossom will pair beautifully with soft neutrals, earthy and natural tones. Stone colours, Ivory and soft Sage greens are particularly effective at creating a cool and relaxed environment.

The mink colour on the faux fur throw provided a particularly effective contrast.
As well as some rich brown tones you could also throw in a bit of dark but soft blue, see how the pop of blue on the coffee pot in the foreground works really well?
