The Broadway Modular Living 320cm Hallway & Boot Room Storage Unit with Shoe Bench is made for the part of the home that has to deal with everything first: coats, shoes, bags, school kit, dog leads, umbrellas, muddy boots and the daily “I’ll just leave that there” situation. This gives it all somewhere proper to go, while still looking calm, polished and very nicely put together.

This ready-made Broadway layout combines tall cupboard storage, a central shoe bench and a coat hook section into one wonderfully useful piece. The middle bench section is 500mm high, giving you a comfortable spot to sit while pulling on shoes, tying laces or having a small negotiation with a stubborn wellington boot. Add a cushion or two and it becomes a proper hallway feature, not just somewhere for shoes to gather with opinions.

Beneath the bench, the open shoe storage includes adjustable shelving, so you can set the height around trainers, boots, school shoes and everyday pairs. Across the two bench sections, there is comfortable space for around 12 pairs of shoes, helping a busy entrance feel less chaotic and more “yes, we absolutely meant it to look this organised”.

On one side, the tall cupboard brings the hidden storage. Each lower cupboard includes 1 adjustable shelf as standard, while each top cupboard includes 2 adjustable shelves, giving you flexible space for baskets, bags, cleaning pieces, outdoor kit, linens, files or all the practical things you want nearby but not necessarily on display.

On the other side, the tall coat storage section includes 3 double coat hooks, giving six hanging points for coats, jackets, scarves, bags and dog leads. Below, the cupboard includes 1 adjustable shelf as standard, ready for shoes, hats, gloves, umbrellas or the smaller everyday extras that make an entrance work properly.
