Over the years we have created many unique and colourful pieces for customers who have been inspired by all sorts of, whether its matching a beautiful room or being inspired on impulse. Here are a few ideas to get you started............
An Autumn Rose
Beautiful Chimney Pots
A Stunning Roadster in Green
Lucious Damson Jam
In the window of a gallery in Cirencester sits a a 19th Century painting of floral splendour and this is the inspiration for this beautiful heritage pink which takes its referance from Farrow & Ball's Setting Plaster 231. A stunning Amberley bedroom set was painted in this colour for a customer in Kent, a county well known as the Garden of England.
The Classic British Mustard, often immitated never bettered, as British as our furniture and the inspiration for the sideboard in our main Image. Little Greene's Yellow Pink is the reference point for this one. Find your favourite of a thousand Yellows and we'll match it for you!
Whilst the cost of a special paint choice will vary slightly depending upon the number of pieces you order we generally say a 10% uplift will cover it. We love colour and we're pretty knowledgable by now, even if we say so ourselves! Every one of our team loves helping customers create those special pieces, so contact your local showroom and start your colour journey....
Your Colour. Your Style. Your Choice.
This Oxford Sideboard is finished in Light Peachblossom by Little Green. It features a solid Oak top in soft opaque white and burnished brass handles. Soon to be on its way to a lovely customer in Dorset.
There's no secret to the inspiration for our next example, a lovely pot of jam collected at the village fate provided the perfect colour option for a statement dresser to sit against a simple soft white wall. We used another colour from F&B, this time Brinjal, as the reference.
The Red Brick wonder of Warren House, which is just up the hill from our Kingston upon Thames showroom, Inspired a local customer to find a unique colour for their new coat cupboard. One particular Chimney stack has a set of pots which are a far richer red than the others. We settled on Dulux Auburn Embers as our reference.
Turning your own inspiration into reality is really quite straightforward. All you need is a paint colour as a reference point, just let us know the paint colour name, a number or product code and we can do the rest.
If all you have is a piece of fabric, an old postcard, a drawer front or a vintage car; Just bring them with you and we'll start from there.
We all wanted the shiny American classic which rolled up outside the Cirencester showroom one afternoon, in fact we loved it almost as much as our customer loves her all British Oxford Sideboard in Roadster Green.
(Nobody can quite remember the reference colour for this one but if you have a favourite Green then we can help create something wonderful for your home.)
