Our journey began with one of our classic Oxford 2 Door 4 Drawer Wide Wardrobes, which we enhanced by adding two Oxford 1 Door Wide Wardrobes on either side. This creative configuration offers our customers an exquisitely unique wardrobe solution that better fits their individual spaces compared to standard 4 Door Wardrobes, allowing for a more tailored design that seamlessly integrates into your home. The customer who ordered this wardrobe also made sure to choose the tall wardrobe option to really utilise every bit of space! ‍

We even carefully colour-matched this wardrobe to Little Greene’s Mono, a beautiful and highly versatile paint shade. Mono seamlessly complements stronger colours as a neutral backdrop or can appear as an elegant blue when set against a soft off-white. This perfect match not only enhanced the aesthetic of our customer's home, but also added a sophisticated touch to the overall design.

2. Soft Close Drawers for Elegance and Practicality

To elevate the elegance of this wardrobe, we introduced Soft Close mechanisms to the drawers, providing an added touch of luxury and practicality. Soft close drawers are a standard feature in our Amberley Bedroom Collection, but they can also be conveniently added as an optional upgrade to our Oxford, Island Breeze, and Portland collections, ensuring every customer can enjoy this premium feature.

3. Flexible Hanging Space Options

Our wardrobes are designed with functionality in mind; each cupboard section comes with a single hanging rail as standard, but they are all fully customisable to suit you. Our customer decided to maintain this feature in the 2 door section of this wardrobe, ensuring ample hanging space while also providing room to neatly store bags and warm jumpers’ underneath, creating an organised and efficient storage solution.

Recognising the ample hanging space available in the right-hand section of the wardrobe, we increased the functionality further by adding an additional hanging rail halfway down the hanging space. This modification maximises the storage capabilities within the wardrobe and is perfect for customers who may not have an abundance of long-hanging items, but still require adequate hanging space for a variety of garments.
