The furniture is so beautiful, I am amazed at the quality. 

We are delighted with the quality of the furniture, it certainly lived up to our expectations and is matched by an outstanding customer service. I would like to give a special mention to Steve on the delivery team as he was fantastic in the care he took and his explanations. He was a ray of sunshine to have in our home and is a credit to your company.

We just wanted to say how delighted we are with our new bedroom furniture.  The Cirencester showroom is well laid out with an amazing choice and all the staff helpful and knowledgable but we would like to thank you in particular, for helping us to decide on the style and colour to suit our needs and keeping us informed from order to delivery. The Oxford range is perfect in our cottage bedroom and the quality is excellent.  

I would like to mention the delivery team who were friendly and professional and took great care in placing the chest of drawers, gents chest and bedside tables in situ.  

The whole experience has been a pleasure from start to finish.  We will definitely recommend you to family and friends.

From the moment we entered the Cirencester shop we were greeted by Orla Kilgariff who was most helpful and friendly and showed us around the different range of bedroom furtniture. Orla was very knowledgeable about all the different ranges explaining each individually. We put our order in that day in May and due to the pandemic there was a delay in the furniture arriving, but have always been informed of the progress via email
Today our furniture arrived and Ian and Mark the delivery men were both polite, friendly and most helpful putting the furniture in a timely manner. I could not praise them enough. Thank you all.

We ordered our furniture during lockdown and received excellent customer service throughout. Nothing was too much trouble in helping us decide our bespoke pieces, sending colour samples and options along the way.

Being able to choose furniture to fit our room perfectly and in our choice of colour was a great option for us as we needed wardrobes to fit under the eaves. We love the high quality finish and the whole order was excellent value for money.

As we live in Guernsey TPFCo helped us to arrange with our removal company delivery to us. The items were well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

We will be recommending them to our friends and will use them again without hesitation.

I just want to say a special thank you to Andrea and Kate for all your help. I had so many questions for you both and you were always so helpful and friendly; Andrea especially, helping with a FaceTime viewing during lockdown. We absolutely love our Amberley bedroom furniture and it’s the perfect pre- wedding gift.

Amazing company with amazing staff!

Andrea in the Cirencester shop was so very helpful when we visited during lockdown and on the phone afterwards. She helped us immensely with deciding how to change the furniture to include shelves to suit our needs. Also Matt and Ian were an amazing delivery team. They were both extremely courteous, very friendly and treated my home and my new furniture with the utmost respect.

My table arrived this morning and I wanted you to know that I am delighted with it. It is just perfect in my kitchen. 

We were kept informed about the delivery time and the two delivery men were very efficient and very pleasant. It was wonderful having the table set up for us and all the packaging taken away.

I wanted to thank you personally and tell you how thrilled I was when my furniture was delivered on Friday.

My sofas, beds and kitchen table and chairs arrived on time and the quality is excellent.

In addition, the two delivery guys Ian and Matty were a credit to your company.

They were extremely polite, put covers down on my new carpets, removed their shoes inside the house, and took great care when delivering the furniture and during assembly, especially as it was raining heavily throughout the delivery.

Just to say thank you for the delivery of a beautiful item of furniture last week. I am so pleased with it and the service I have received. I was also very impressed with the delivery and assembly team and have sent the following feedback to Jason. 

"Hi Jason. Apologies for taking a week to get back to you but I wanted to thank you and your team for the excellent delivery service I received. Ian and Steve delivered a very heavy dresser without complaint (they have to get it inside a courtyard as our house does not face a road) then through a difficult turn in the hall and into our lounge. They assembled it, showed us how to use the "plugs" to change the level of shelves, helped us by putting the pads we had on the base so it doesn't scratch our laminate floor and just had a generally helpful and cheerful disposition. Please thank them and pass on my comments to the shop."
