Drop in to see us
At a time which suits you
Our showrooms in Kingston and Cirencester are now open for timed appointments. The best way to really get to know our furniture, to experience the quality first hand, to understand our designs, appreciate the differences between our collections and to explore huge number of available options, is to visit one of our beautiful showrooms.
We will be delighted to see you and a warm, appropriately distanced, welcome will always await.
Just Let us Know When
We'll make sure your visit is safe, fun and informative
We want to make sure your visit is as safe and stress-free as possible, we want you to have time to browse our collections and feel able to ask all the questions and seek all the advice and guidance you need.
To help us to help you all we ask is that you let us know when you would like to come. We will make sure we are expecting you and this means that we can keep the number of visitors at any one time to a safe and manageable level.
A new way of working...........
Simply send us a message through the contact form or by clicking the box above, let us know who you are, how many of you there are and which showroom you'll be visiting. Oh and let us know the time and day you want to come over (that's the important bit!).
This is new to us too, there will be busy times and quieter times, I suspect you can guess those as well as we can!
We will try our best to meet everybody on their time and day but sometimes we may have to come back and suggest a slightly earlier or later time, maybe even a different day. Whatever happens we will do our best to accommodate and will always confirm your appointment by email or telephone.
We want you to enjoy you're time in the showroom. There are a few things we need to do to make sure your visit is as relaxed as possible and that we can be confident in looking after your safety and our own.
On arrival simply knock on the door and one of our team will greet you and welcome you to the store. We will provide you with a pair of gloves to wear whilst in the showroom. This is so that we minimise direct contact with all the drawer knobs and door handles you will want to play with and of course the colour and wood samples. There will be plenty of hand sanitizer on site for use once you remove your gloves.
We do not currently insist that you wear a mask whilst in the showrooms, we will have clear social distancing procedures and the kingston showroom particularly is a large open space. If you feel comfortable wearing a face mask then please do, it is appreciated.
Keep Your Distance Folks!
Appropriate Social Distancing is Critical.
Each showroom will have distancing reminders and indicators in all the display areas. Display areas and rooms will open and closed as they become occupied or not. We would also ask you to think very carefully about whether it is appropriate to bring children into the showroom at the moment. We think probably not, but we'll leave it up to you.
