To gain entry to the competition, participants are required to meet any of the following criteria: (a) post a picture(s) of furniture ordered from The Painted Furniture Company on their Instagram and tag @thepaintedfurnitureco (b) send a picture(s) of furniture ordered from The Painted Furniture Company to kingston@paintedfurnitureco.co.uk. Only one of these criteria must be followed to gain entry to the competition and will be checked before the winner is announced. 1 x entry per person only per competition period. The pictures submitted will only be entered into the current competition period and not for future competitions, unless further pictures are submitted. 6. The following prize will be available for the winner of the competition: 1 x £200 gift voucher for The Painted Furniture Company to be exclusively spent on one order for any of our British made Collections (Modula, Oxford, Island Breeze, Portland, Amberley, E2 Kids and Millbrook Collections) with no Minimum Basket Value. Further, we are not responsible if one or more Participants are unable to connect to the Painted Furniture Company's Instagram account or to participate in this contest, or if the entries of one or more Participants are late or lost, due to any technical problem or any problem linked to congestion of the internet. 11. The winner will be chosen from the submitted entries by employees of The Painted Furniture Company, who will choose their favourite from the selection. 12. The winner will be announced via The Painted Furniture Company's Website and Instagram account (via Instagram direct message from @thepaintedfurnitureco, email notification, and an Instagram Story featuring the winning accounts name with permission from the participant) within 14 days of the current competition period closing. We will not ask you to click a link or pay a fee to claim a prize - please report any accounts that may be impersonating us. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 13. All entrants agree to the use of their submitted images in any relevant publicity material, social media channels and The Painted Furniture Company website. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party. 14. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, any other Social Network, or Fortnum & Mason. 15.
